Residence is a collection of laminate flooring that is manufactured by Kronotex in a factory in Germany. The flooring is sourced from special locations where socially humane forestry is practised and the array is regularly replenished. Technical characteristics are pleasantly surprising: high wear resistance of the flooring AC5, longevity of operation, ease of maintenance, environmental friendliness and maximum imitation of the texture of natural wood grain. Laminate flooring from the Residence collection belongs to the category of ‘laminate flooring for office and public premises’, as it has a 10 mm thick HDF board and a durability class 33.
Kronotex My Floor Residence ‘Mountain Cream Oak’ ML1031 laminate has the following parameters: panel width 244 mm, length 1845 mm. The laminate is supplied in packs of 4 (one pack contains 1.800 m2 of flooring). Please note: for standard laying it is necessary to purchase laminate flooring with a reserve of at least 5%, while non-standard laying (e.g. diagonal) may require 7 - 12% reserve, so that there is no problem of shortage of flooring.
