Residence is a laminate flooring collection that is manufactured by the Kronotex on a factory in Germany. The flooring is produced from special locations where socially humane forestry is maintained and the wood is regularly renewed. The technical characteristics are pleasantly surprising: the high wear resistance of the AC5 coating, durability, ease of maintenance, eco-friendliness and maximum imitation of the grain of a natural tree design. Kronotex My Floor Residence laminate Oak Mountain Titanium ML 1016, with a panel width of 244mm and a length of 1845mm. The laminate flooring is delivered in packs of 4 (one pack includes 1,800 m2 of flooring). Please note: for standard applications a laminate flooring reserve of at least 5 % has to be purchased, while for non-standard applications (e.g. diagonal layout) a reserve of 7 - 12 % may be necessary in order to avoid the problem of a floor deficit.
