Residence is a laminate flooring collection that is manufactured by the Kronotex on a factory in Germany. The flooring is produced from special locations where socially humane forestry is maintained and the wood is regularly renewed. The technical characteristics are pleasantly surprising: the high wear resistance of the AC5 coating, durability, ease of maintenance, ecology and maximum imitation of the grain of the natural wood pattern. Kronotex My Floor Residence laminate "Oak Lake Brown" ML1022 has the following dimensions: panel width 244mm, length 1845mm. The laminate flooring is supplied in packs of 4 (one pack includes 1,800 m2 of flooring). Please note: for standard applications a laminate flooring reserve of at least 5% should be purchased, while for non-standard applications (e.g. diagonal layout) a reserve of 7 - 12% may be necessary in order to avoid shortfalls.
