Residence is a laminate flooring collection that is manufactured by the Kronotex in a factory in Germany. The flooring is produced from special locations where socially humane forestry is maintained and the array is regularly replenished. The technical characteristics are pleasantly surprising: the high wear resistance of the AC5 coating, durability, ease of maintenance, eco-friendliness and maximum imitation of the grain of the natural wood pattern. Kronotex My Floor Residence laminate 'Macro Light Oak' ML1012 has the following dimensions: panel width 244mm, length 1845mm. The laminate flooring is supplied in packs of 4 (one pack includes 1,800 m2 of flooring). Please note: for standard applications a laminate flooring reserve of at least 5% should be purchased, while for non-standard installations (e.g. diagonal) a reserve of 7 - 12% may be necessary in order to avoid the problem of insufficient flooring.
